FootballYour tactics board on this device
When you select “Save on device,” the application saves the board title, notes, and players in this browser’s localStorage. The application does not send this content to a server or sync it across devices.
Imported JSON files are read in your browser; exported files are created on your device. Avoid putting private information in notes if you plan to share a file. You can remove saved boards by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. Deleted data may be unrecoverable unless you have exported a copy.
Learning progress and reminders
Football Academy stores lesson completion, observation notes, assessment answers, portfolio text and reminder preferences in localStorage on this browser. These are not sent to FootballCap or synchronized between devices. Export progress before clearing website data; clearing it removes saved learning records. Club knowledge tests also save the number of completed attempts and best score in this browser; individual answers are not saved when you leave the club page. Reminder preferences are optional and can be turned off in the footer. Reference websites receive a request only when you follow their links.
Search and accounts
Search runs on the page. If you share a URL containing a search query, that query can appear in browser history or access logs when the URL is opened. This version has no accounts, newsletter, or data submission forms.
Cookies, advertising, and analytics
The application currently sets no cookies and includes no advertising or behavioral analytics code. The tactics board uses localStorage as described above. This policy must be updated before any analytics or advertising is enabled.
Hosting and external links
When the website is deployed on Cloudflare Pages, the hosting provider processes connection data to serve and protect the website under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This is separate from board content stored on your device. The operator must check the actual logging configuration and retention periods when deploying.
Reference links take you to other websites with their own policies. Selected articles offer YouTube or Spotify players. These players load only after you press their Load button; opening an article alone does not load them. Loading a player sends connection information, including your IP address and browser information, to that provider, which may use cookies or other storage. YouTube players use its privacy-enhanced embed domain. You may instead open the media directly on the provider’s website. See Google’s privacy policy and Spotify’s privacy policy.
